Hp (Hewlett-Packard) company is an Information technology corporation headquartered in California, USA. HP products are available globally and the products are trusted worldwide. Went public in 1957, HP has now established themselves as one of the leading brands. HP got his name from its two founders; William Hewlett & David Packard who graduated from Stanford University in 1934. HP Company started from a garage and eventually it incorporated on 8th August, 1947. With the passage of time, HP continued achieving greater heights and they specialized in different technology related products. The Walt Disney Company, who bought oscillators, was one of the earliest customers of HP. HP merged with Compaq in 2002.

Started with simple oscillators and other simple medical equipments like thermometer, HP has now specialized in personal computers, digital cameras, calculators, printers, PDAs, softwares, network management software and other similar technical products.

HP provides different electronic products that supports uses and supports different memory cards to store digital information. Common examples of such devices are cameras, PDAs and notebooks who come up with card readers.

Most of the PDAs of HP have a builtin SD RAM with an expansion slot for an SD Memory card. HP provides an excellent line of digital cameras ranging from 5 megapixel to 10 megapixel. All the digital cameras of HP has their own builtin memory. But usually builtin memory is not sufficient, so all of them accepts memory card like; SD memory card, SDHC memory card up to 16GB.
