Affordable but stylish the my Sagem range of phones Updated:Fri, 09 May 2008 13:00:33 If you are on the lookout for a phone that is stylish, slim and comes with a built in music player that doesn’t break the bank then take a look at the Sagem 511x. This is one of the best looking phones to come from the Sagem range of mobiles and has one of the flattest keyboards seen on a mobile, that looks extremely well when lit up in the dark.
The keypad does take a little getting used to, as it is so flat it can be very hard not to catch the key at the side of the one you intend pressing. One of the best features on the Sagem 511x is the built in music player. The music sound excellent when using headphones and good when listening through the speakers of the phone. It is let down as the majority of phones are when it comes to memory, however the good news is that the Sagem my511X does come with additional memory support by way of a MicroSD card memory slot. This will certainly be needed to store and make use of the 1.3 megapixel camera that comes built in. The camera is very basic and takes adequate shots, but they are not outstanding in any way shape or form.
The Sagem my600V is also a great choice of phone that is affordable yet stylish and this model comes with a 3G connection. Again you will need to boost the memory of the phone, which should be no surprise and with the 600v you will have to buy a Mini SD memory card for memory.
If it is a bright and colourful phone you are looking for then the Sagem 600v is definitely worth a look. Sagem describes the phone as being oyster white on the back and front with a red stripe around the outer edge of the phone. This is a lightweight model being just 99 g in weight it fits easily into your pocket and has one of the best battery life`s seen on a mobile phone. Even when using the included music player, the battery life is impressive and gives up to 6 hours of playing time Sagem suggests, however users have reported that the battery life far exceeds this. The Sagem 600v also has a 1.3 megapixel camera and this takes adequate shots although they are nothing to brag about, however if you only take the occasional family snapshot then this will suffice.
